Consequence of our “zero stock” policy, where no product prepared on the day is sold the day after, we deliver every evening to Geneva's division of The Salvation Army the products and rice remaining after we close.
Facing the catastrophic consequences of its over-fishing, we refuse to use Mediterranean tuna. Our Tuna comes exclusively from Sri Lanka, and we encourage our customers to taste other fishes from our menu from which the flesh is as melting.
All the plastic used in the restaurant: bottles, tubs and more, are always recycled.
Supporters of the "zero paper" concept, we can send your bills by email, and the customers ordering food through our website will always be able to get their electronic invoice.
